I have been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years teaching a wide variety of exercise classes and personal training. I discovered Pilates back in 1999, which I have found to be a huge asset, not only for my training but as a tool to help others. I am passionate about helping people improve their fitness and ultimately their quality of life.
Based on the original exercises of Joseph Pilates. A mat class relies on the use of body weight and small equipment to strengthen the body. Focusing on your posture, balance and flexibility.

These sessions will assess your strength and weaknesses to create a customised programme. This can be done on a 1:1 basis or with up to two other people.
Private Assessment: £15.00
