About Me

Amanda Humphreys

I have been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years teaching a wide variety of exercise classes and personal training. I discovered Pilates back in 1999, which I have found to be a huge asset, not only for my training but as a tool to help others. I am passionate about helping people improve their fitness and ultimately their quality of life.

Small group mat classes held at Cullingworth Village Hall. Every class is designed to challenge and support you, whatever your experience level.

New Beginners

The perfect starting point. Learn the core fundamentals of Pilates including alignment, breathing, and basic movements in a friendly, supportive environment. No previous experience needed.

Ready to progress? Build on your foundation with new exercises and sequences that develop your strength, flexibility, and body awareness further. A natural next step from beginners.

Private Sessions

One-to-one sessions tailored entirely to you. These sessions assess your strengths and weaknesses to create a customised programme, available on a 1:1 basis or with up to two other people. A private assessment is also available and can only be booked as part of a one-to-one session.

Care Home Sessions

Movement Matters

Safe, engaging and inclusive exercise sessions designed specifically for older adults living in care homes. Sessions focus on improving mobility, strength, balance and overall wellbeing, while creating a positive and social experience for residents.

Each session is tailored to suit a range of abilities, including chair-based and standing options. Beyond the physical benefits, sessions boost mood, encourage social interaction and enhance cognitive engagement through music, coordination exercises and themed activities.
